Shireen joined the Firm in 2008. She has more than 25 years of legal practice in a wide range of areas under her belt. Shireen advises and acts for clients in corporate and commercial disputes, issues relating to land law including land fraud and land acquisition, employment disputes and public and administrative law. Shireen has appeared as junior counsel in many seminal cases involving land acquisition and employment law.
Shireen also has an active probate and estate planning practice. She frequently advises on inheritance issues and family trusts and has acted for local and foreign trust companies as well as high net worth individuals.
She is known for her calm demeanour and the ability to provide clear and sound advice and strategy for clients. Shireen is a ‘hands-on’ lawyer who provides practical solutions in litigious and non-litigious matters.
Shireen appears at all levels of the Malaysian courts as both counsel and junior counsel.
